Face Dances es un álbum de estudio del grupo de rock británico The Who publicado en 1981. Supone el primer trabajo de estudio del grupo tras la muerte del batería Keith Moon, que sería reemplazado por Kenney Jones. A pesar de algunas reseñas negativas, Roger Daltrey denominaría el álbum como "un buen trabajo" en una entrevista concedida en 1994. Otros medios de comunicación, de forma notable el Boston Globe en una reseña publicada en abril de 1981, calificaron el álbum como el mejor trabajo del grupo desde Quadrophenia.
El álbum alcanzó el puesto nº 4 en las listas de Billboard y el nº 2 en las británicas, quedando desplazado de la primera posición por Kings of the Wild Frontier, de Adam & the Ants.
La portada del álbum incluye pinturas de los miembros del grupo realizadas por artistas británicos y reunidas por Peter Blake, quien previamente había trabajado en la portada del álbum Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band de The Beatles. Entre la lista de artistas que participaron en la portada figuran Tom Phillips, Richard Hamilton, Allen Jones, David Hockney, Clive Barker, R.B. Kitaj, Howard Hodgkin, Patrick Caulfield y el propio Peter Blake.
En 1997, Face Dances sería remasterizado y reeditado con cinco temas adicionales.
